Rose petals are known to have a soothing effect on the nervous system and cooling effect on the body, making them a lovely tea for relaxation. 

Traditionally used in the treatment of colds, fever and flu, the anti-inflammatory and carminative properties of rose petals make them a great tonic for the immune system and digestive system alike.
