Location / Forage and Bloom Limited is owned and operated by Hannah McMenamin. The business premises is located in Eden Terrace, Auckland, New Zealand
Delivery times and methods / Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm (New Zealand date and time).
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have ordered an item that is delayed or unavailable, we will notify you via email or phone, and you will have the option to choose another product or receive a refund.
Orders within New Zealand will be shipped via Post Haste or Courier Post, and will not require a signature unless otherwise stated on your order form.
Shipping and currency / Shipping costs within New Zealand are displayed at the checkout cart, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within NZ. Shipping costs are added to the total of your order at time of payment. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. If the incorrect shipping is selected, the order will be automatically refunded and you will recieve an email notification to with the option to reorder using the correct shipping option.
