SOOTHING + RESTORING
One of the most well known herbal teas, peppermint is widely used for soothing upsets of the digestive system, particularly spasms and indigestion. It is also helpful in stress related stomach issues, such as nausea due to nerves, as it has a calming effect on the nervous system.
Peppermint helps to reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract, and as a calming herb is also useful for decreasing nervous tension and aiding sleep.

HOT : 1 metric teaspoon of tea per 500mls of water at 90˚C / Infuse for a minimum of 3 minutes or until cool enough to drink / Enjoy 1-3 refills by filling your vessel up again with hot water up to 3 times or until the flavour is gone. The longer you infuse your tea the more therapeutic it will be.
ICED : 2 metric teaspoons of tea per 500mls at 90˚C / Infuse until cool, strain, bottle, and keep in fridge for up to 72hrs / Serve 1 part tea : 2 parts still/sparkling water, over ice.
FRESH GARNISH : Add fresh lemon, mint and/or cucumber
