Refund policy

Cancellations, returns, refunds.

We take great pride in offering you a quality product and service and are happy to provide you with a refund for full priced items if the following criteria is met:

The goods are in resalable condition, in their original unopened packaging.

The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase date.

The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

We will always provide you with a refund or exchange should the goods you have received are faulty (unless caused by you) or different to the goods you have ordered.

Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Forage and Bloom takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser, expect in the case of the goods being deemed faulty.
