Nettle boasts a high content of nutritive substances, being a good source of vitamins A, C and E as well as B1, B2, B3 and B5. It is rich in protein, calcium, iron, folate, potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, selenium and zinc, making it a great tonic for everyday wellbeing.

Nettle is also a galactagogue, meaning it can support healthy milk supply in breastfeeding mothers. This paired with its nutritive properties make it a versatile herb for mother and baby.
