GINGER : Zingiber officinale
Dried botanicals for your everyday life. Organic and therapeutic quality, always.
WARM + CALM
A mildly spicy monocotyledon, ginger is commonly known for its anti-nausea properties and immune enhancing effects, and has been used for over 2500 years as a herbal medicine.
Ginger helps to soothe the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, making it particularly useful for nausea, vomiting, colic, and flatulence.
As a herbal expectorant and anti-inflammatory, it is also helpful for relieving symptoms of colds and coughs.
Being a peripheral circulatory stimulant, ginger has warming properties and is a great herb for those prone to cold hands and feet.
Actions :
Carminative / Anti-emetic / Spasmolytic / Peripheral circulatory stimulant / Anti-inflammatory / Diaphoretic
Other uses :
Pairs well in an immunity tonic with fresh tumeric, black pepper, lemon and honey.
Packaging :
All botanicals come in fully compostable, resealable packaging.
Please note that due to the nature of dried herbs being pure plant matter, the appearance may vary slightly between batches. Rest assured that the quality and organic certification will always remain the same.

I just love this botanical. I can add it to any other botanical to give it some extra warmth and punch, or just have it alone and it tastes divine. Other ginger teas don’t even come close!
